Once a unit has been installed, it needs to be registered to show up on your account.

3500 GPS units have 10-digit serial numbers beginning with 3500. When registering your first vehicle a simple two step process will ensure that your account is set up properly and you can view your 3500 units on your GPS Insight dashboard.

To login for the first time go to www.networkfleet.com. Enter your username and password.


To register your first vehicle either hover over the ADMIN tab and click Register Vehicle...

...or click on the ADMIN tab and click Register Vehicle:


Fill out the form with the vehicle information. To add the vehicle to more than one Group, hold the Ctrl key down as you make your selections. Make sure to enter 0 as the odometer reading for 3500HD devices.

If the VIN number “cannot be decoded”, the VIN number is invalid. Double check the VIN number on the vehicle and reenter it.

Click Submit in the lower right hand corner of the screen.

Confirm the submission or click Edit to make changes.

Now log out (in the upper right hand corner of the screen) and, using the same username and password, log in to your GPS Insight account at www.gpsinsight.com to view your dashboard.





Your vehicle will now be visible on your dashboard. Note: It may take up to a few hours for the activation to be processed and your vehicle to appear. The vehicle will not appear until it has been driven.

To register more units simply switch to the Classic View by clicking Open in a window: Classic View in the upper right corner of your dashboard.


Use the ADMIN tab again to navigate to the register vehicle page. When you’re finished, close the Classic View tab and refresh your dashboard to see your newly registered vehicle.
