You can see how many times a 3400 or 3500 unit has reset by viewing the unit’s diagnostic history. (A reset occurs when a device loses and then regains power)
1. Go into Classic View by clicking Open in a window: Classic View in the upper right hand corner of your screen. 
2. Click on the vehicle in the vehicle list.
3. Hover over the Vehicle tab and click Diagnostics.
4. Scroll down through the Diagnostic History to see the resets.
You can track back to see when the resets occurred. This shows that a reset occurred between 7:30am and 2:34pm on 12/11/2009:
Knowing this can help you determine what may have caused the reset.
