Upload GPS Insight landmarks to a Garmin
You can export your GPS Insight landmarks then upload them to the Garmin POI (Points of Interest) loader. The Garmin unit will need to be connected to your computer with a USB cable (with the power on) to upload the landmarks.
Open the Import/Export screen by going to Mapping → Landmarks → Spreadsheet. 
Choose the group(s) of landmarks you wish to export and click Save To File.
Save the file to a location you can find easily. The Garmin POI loader is going to search for a folder, not a file, so you will want to create a folder and save the file in that the folder.
Download and install the Garmin POI loader (search www.garmin.com for POI Loader if this link changes)– you only have to do this once.
Launch it and point it toward the location of your folder/file.
Save it to the Garmin (make sure the Garmin is attached to your computer and the power is on).
Choose your Device in the next screen, then complete the upload.
The Landmarks will then be available under “Find Location” → “Extras” → “Custom POI’s” for you to search through/choose to navigate to.
