Service Reminders allow you to set maintenance schedules for your vehicles (for oil changes, tire rotations, etc) and then use a scheduled report or the Service Reminder dashlet to monitor those schedules.

To set a Service Reminder for a vehicle go to Account – Service Reminders and click Open. You can select a specific vehicle or vehicle group from the dropdown menu.

Click the plus icon next to the vehicle.


Name the reminder. Choose if you’re scheduling the reminder by miles, run time hours, or date and then enter either the mileage, run time hour, or date on which service should be performed.


If you base your reminder on miles or hours you can enter an interval at which the service should be performed.


Click Schedule Now.

There are two ways to monitor your Service Reminders: schedule a Service Reminders report or use the Service Reminder dashlet on your dashboard.

To use the Service Reminders dashlet click and drag it onto your dashboard.


When the service has been performed go into the service reminder by clicking the pencil icon. Update Next Service and click Update.


You can also keep a Service History. Click New Service Log.


Enter when the service was performed, the cost and/or notes. Click Save Changes.
