Once a unit has been installed, it needs to be registered to show up on your account.
3400 and 3500 GPS units are diagnostic units with 10-digit serial numbers beginning with 3400, 3401, or 3500.
To register a vehicle switch to the Classic View by clicking Open in a window: Classic View in the upper right corner of your dashboard.
Hover over the ADMIN tab and click Registration...
...or click on the ADMIN tab and click Registration:
Enter the serial number and click Submit
Fill out the form with the vehicle information. To add the vehicle to more than one Group, hold the Ctrl key down as you make your selections. Make sure to enter 0 as the odometer reading for 3500HD devices.
If the VIN number “cannot be decoded”, double check the number. If you are certain it is correct, you can proceed with the registration.
Click Submit in the lower right hand corner of the screen.
Confirm the submission or click Edit to make changes.
Your vehicle will now be visible on your dashboard. Note: It may take up to a few hours for the activation to be processed and your vehicle to appear. The vehicle will not appear until it has been driven.
