To create a Report Schedule go to Account – Scheduled – Reports and click Open.
The Schedule List shows your various schedules. Click on the magnifier icon to see schedule details.
Red designates the days on which the report is run. Bold numbers indicate days covered in a report. (So a report will be run on February 5th covering data from February 3-4.)
To create a new schedule click Schedule at the bottom of the Schedule List.
When you create a schedule you choose the day on which you want to run the report, the time of day the report will be run, and the number of days that will be covered in the report.
Make sure the span covers the right number of days.
Click Preview to view your schedule.
Choose when you want to generate the report.
If you generate the report after noon it will include partial data from that day. (So if you run the report for Mon-Fri data on Saturday at 2:00pm it will include Saturday’s data up until 2:00. If you run it at 9:00am it will not include any of Saturday’s data.)
Name and Save your schedule.
